At Parker Computer, we do our very best to make both you and your computer feel better!
We charge a $25.00 evaluation fee to look your computer over. If it's a quick fix, which most of them are, then you're done. If additional work needs to be done, the hourly rate is $65.00 (we do not charge anyone more than two hours labor).
Is your computer feeling a little ill? 
Is
it running slow? Does it keeps crashing with that famous blue screen
telling you that the program has performed an illegal operation and will shut
down? What about the error that tells you to "Press Any Key to
Continue"... Only to find out that when you press "any key", the
computer then locks up!
What do you do then? You reboot of course... But, scandisk will then run and check for errors (for those of you that think your computer is suppose to do this every time you turn it on, it's not). Chances are, if your computer runs scandisk every time, the machine may not be shutting down properly, which is why scandisk keeps running.
Well.. what's happening could be related to a few things... A bad hard drive,
old video card, bad memory or something else (if you can't fix it, bring it to
us and let us take a look at it). Our motto is simple.. Before you hit
your computer with a hammer, let us take a look at it, if we can't fix it, we'll
supply the
hammer!

If we have to work on your machine for a longer period of time, we'll give you a call, tell you what's wrong and what needs to be done. We'll give you a total before we do the work. Unlike others, we won't give you a surprise bill when you arrive to pick your computer up.
We understand that computer prices are dropping, so spending too much money on your sick computer might not be worth it.
If after fixing your computer; you bring it home and find that you either still have problems related to what we did, or you just feel that something's still isn't right, bring it back within 14 days, and we'll look at it again. If the problem is the same as the original problem, we'll fix it for free!
