Evaluation fee: $25.00 - This fee is charged when you drop your computer off for an evaluation. If you're un-sure what's wrong with your computer and just want us to look and tell you what's wrong. We'll also give you "repair" price before you spend any money on the repair. (back to top)
Minimum fee: $25.00 - This is pretty much the same as the evaluation fee. The minimum fee we charge is $25.00. Which means... If you bring a computer in for repair and decide not to have it fixed, the only amount we charge is $25.00 (you do not pay this as an extra, only as a minimum in the event you choose not to have your computer fixed). Deposit fee: $25.00 (due when you bring your computer in for repair or evaluation)- The reason we require a deposit is because sometimes.. people decide (after we work on a computer), not to have their computer fixed. This fee covers the time we worked on the computer (Evaluation period). (back to top)
Hourly Rate (In-Store): $65.00 - First, let me start off by saying; our hourly rate is charged only after you give us the go-ahead to actually fix your computer! If we work on your computer to fix a problem and it takes 1 hour to fix it, you'll only be charged 1 hour. However, if you need your hard drive formatted and Windows® reloaded (as well as other programs that you provide), we charge a flat rate of 2 hours. The reason for this: If we wipe your hard drive out, we'll also configure the following items (which can take some time to do); Sound Card, Video Card, Modem, CD-ROM Drive and any other devices you have installed. We'll never just install Windows and leave the rest to you. The only thing you may have to do when you get home, is to install your printer software (some printers require the printer to be connected during the installation of the software). Hourly Rate (Home): $75.00 - Typically, the rate charged for us to come to your house is charged at a "flat-rate" of 2 hours. Our single-hourly rate is charged for house calls that do not require long visits. Which means; if you have a "quick fix" or just want us to configure your DSL connection that is already active, you'll only pay for 1 hour, otherwise the minimum fee is charged at the flat rate of 2 hours. Hourly Rate (Office): $85.00 - The minimum fee charged to come to your office is for 2 hours. So, you may want to make it worth your while by making a list of things that you need done before we get there. Please give us a call to discuss your problem or request before you supply the list.
